3. Distribution: Your music is delivered to all selected platforms
4. Ingestion: Platforms process and prepare your music for release
5. Release: Your music becomes available to listeners on the release date

For optimal results, we recommend the following timeline:

4-6 Weeks Before Release Date

• Marketing and promotion

3-4 Weeks Before Release Date

• Set up pre-save campaigns
• Begin teasing the release on social media
• Submit to playlist pitching services
• Prepare promotional materials

2 Weeks Before Release Date

• Your music should be ingested by all platforms
• Finalize all promotional activities
• Schedule social media posts
• Contact media for potential coverage

1 Week Before Release Date

• Verify your release is properly scheduled on all platforms
• Intensify social media promotion
• Send newsletter to your fans
• Final push for pre-saves

Release Day

• Share links across all your channels

Different platforms have different processing times:

• Spotify: 3-7 days for ingestion
• Apple Music: 5-8 days for ingestion
• Amazon Music: 3-5 days for ingestion
• YouTube Music: 5-10 days for ingestion
• TikTok: 7-14 days for ingestion
• International Platforms: Up to 3 weeks for some territories

In special circumstances, we offer expedited distribution:

• Standard Plan: Not available
• Premium Plan: 7-day rush delivery ($25 fee)
• Pro Plan: 3-day rush delivery (included in plan or $50 fee)
• Label Plan: 24-hour rush delivery (included in plan)

Note: Expedited distribution guarantees faster delivery to platforms but doesn't guarantee faster platform ingestion.

The global standard release day is Friday. We strongly recommend scheduling your release for a Friday to:

• Qualify for charts that track Friday-Thursday listening periods

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect metadata
• Copyright conflicts
• Low-quality audio or artwork

If any issues arise, we'll notify you promptly with instructions on how to resolve them.

• Pre-Saves: Available for streaming platforms, allow fans to save the release before it's available
• Pre-Orders: Available for download stores like iTunes, allow fans to purchase before release

Both options are automatically set up when you schedule a release at least 2 weeks in advance.
